Leo J. Gilbride founded Gilbride Development, LLC, a Colorado company, in 2005 to develop real estate in Grand Junction, Colorado. Mr. Gilbride is a registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado, and holds a B.S. in civil engineering and an M.S. in mining engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration.
Mr. Gilbride graduated summa cum laude in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1992, followed by graduate studies at the Mackay School of Mines, University of Nevada, Reno, where he graduated in 1995.
Mr. Gilbride manages all aspects of Gilbride Development, LLC, from initial project acquisition through planning, design, permitting, financing, construction management, and marketing.
